Ce site est un aper\u00e7u de mon travail d’\u00e9clairagiste depuis 2012.

Ces instants fig\u00e9s sont fabriqu\u00e9s dans le temps et dans l’espace avec des morceaux de lumi\u00e8re, des bouts mis bout \u00e0 bout, ordonn\u00e9s-vrill\u00e9s-cadr\u00e9s-r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s-cach\u00e9s-choisis… La photographie est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9e \u00e0 mon travail, dans le sens o\u00f9 elle partage ces bouts de lumi\u00e8re comme outils communs. Le bonheur au th\u00e9\u00e2tre est de pouvoir en jouer\u00a0: avec les minutes, avec les secondes, avec les corps, avec les mots, avec le public, avec le pr\u00e9sent, avec l’obscurit\u00e9 myst\u00e9rieuse.

Ces photos sont autant la m\u00e9moire d’un travail collectif que des archives personnelles : je me suis consacr\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment, autant \u00e0 l’op\u00e9ra qu’au th\u00e9\u00e2tre, aux derni\u00e8res cr\u00e9ations de Samuel Achache, d’Arnaud Meunier, de Ma\u00eblle Poesy, de Guillaume Vincent, de Jeanne Candel, d’Antonin Tri Hoang et de Nicolas Liautard.

Ce travail est le prolongement d’un parcours d’\u00e9coles, de stages et de rencontres. Avant de rejoindre l\u2019\u00e9cole du TNS \u00e0 Strasbourg, j’\u00e9tudie deux ans \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole Olivier de Serres \u00e0 Paris en architecture et sc\u00e9nographie puis m’oriente vers un DTMS, une formation plus technique en construction et machinerie. C’est l\u00e0 un point de d\u00e9part professionnel\u00a0: je suis parfois constructeur en atelier parfois technicien au plateau dans plusieurs th\u00e9\u00e2tres \u00e0 Paris. Mon travail en compagnie commence en 2009 en tant que r\u00e9gisseur plateau avec Hubert Colas puis avec Alain Fran\u00e7on. C’est en 2012 que je r\u00e9alise les premi\u00e8res cr\u00e9ations lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This site is an overview of my lighting design work since 2012.

These frozen moments are made in time and in space with pieces of light, ends put end to end, ordered-twisted-framed-revealed-hidden-chosen… The photography is closely linked to my work, in the sense that she shares these bits of light as common tools. Happiness in theater is being able to play it : with minutes, with seconds, with bodies, with words, with the audience, with the present, with the mysterious obscurity.

These photos are as much the memory of a collective work as personal archives : I worked, as much to opera as to theatre, to the latest creations of Samuel Achache, Arnaud Meunier, Ma\u00eblle Poesy, Guillaume Vincent, Jeanne Candel, Antonin Tri Hoang and Nicolas Liautard.

This work is the extension of a course of schools, internships and meetings. Before joining the TNS school in Strasbourg, I studied two years at the Olivier de Serres school in Paris in architecture and scenography then turned to a DTMS, a more technical training in construction and machinery. This is a professional starting point : I am sometimes a set builder, sometimes a stage technician in several theaters in Paris. My work in company began in 2009 as stage manager with Hubert Colas then with Alain Fran\u00e7on. It was in 2012 that I made the first light creations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
